Sony Computer Entertainment lawyers filled a suite against George Hotz, Hector Martin Cantero, Sven Peter, and others whom are part of the ‘fail0verflow’ hackers group that contributed to the release of the PlayStation 3 root key

Sony charged Hotz and remaining group members with violations of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, plus breaches of California copyright law, breach of contract, and other violations.

Sony have also asked the court to issue a temporary restraining order in order prevent any new code postings
